Step 1
  • Submit your details via our Contact Us page.

  • To give us a better idea of your project, we will email you back a short questionnaire.

  • Please include all the documentation that you have to date.

  • For example, architectural drawings, engineering and soil reports, fixtures and fittings list.

​Step 4
  • You provide us with final working drawings, structural engineering report, fixtures and fittings schedule, and any other relevant information.

  •  Based on this documentation our estimator will generate a detailed quote for you. 

  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for this process.

Step 7
Step 2
  • We will get in touch to chat through your renovation or extension plans and clarify any questions.

  • Based on the information gathered, we will send you a Feasibility Report for your project, which will give you a basic price range.

  • If this price ranges works for your budget, we'll schedule a time for an onsite assessment

Step 5
  • You review and approve the quote.

  • Once the quote is approved, we will create a building contract.

  • Our registration details, the builder's warranty insurance, and the signed contract are sent to your building surveyor, who will issue the building permit.

  • Please note, bank finance must be arranged 2 to 3 months before construction commences. 

 

Step 8
  • Get excited. Construction is complete!

  • A final certificate of completion is issued by the Building surveyor. 

 

Step 3
  • During the onsite visit we will talk through your wish list, offer advice and give our assessment.

  • We will explain our construction process. 

  • Give you a documentation checklist to complete. 

  • Introduce you to our online portal, which gives you access to daily logs, schedules, progress pics and more.

Step 6
  • The Pre-Construction stage starts once the Building permit is issued and the deposit is paid.

  • All furniture and belongings are removed from the site. 

  • We send letters to your neighbours informing them about the upcoming works. 

  • A dilapidation report is completed.

  • Site security cameras, fencing and signage are installed. 

  • Your log-in details for the online portal are created and issued.

Step 9
  • A new life for the home you love

  • Move in and enjoy!

  • We'll touch base once you're settled to hear how your enjoying your new home!

 

  • Construction begins!

  • You'll be up-to-date with all progress via our client portal app including daily logs, progress photos, quality assurance checklist 

  • We'll schedule timely onsite meetings.
